-Minum jusmate tetapi on/off sahaja.Kenapa on/off?Saya on/off minum jusmate sebab saya nak bertunang.Ni kes sebab takut baju dan cincin untuk hari pertunangan saya jadi lagi longgar/gelebeh :p haha
Maka saya buat keputusan untuk stop seketika.ALhamdulillah,berat badan tidak naik hingga sekarang.Masih 54kg! (sujud syukur).

AZAM BARU! (1.4.2010)

Bermulanya 1.4.2010,saya mahu start semula misi saya yang sudah sebulan lebih tertangguh tu :p Seriusly,,rasa serba salah dengan diri sendiri sebab mungkir janji!~Adalah lagi 4 paket dan esok akan order 1 kotak lagi.

Saya mahu turunkan lagi 5kg!Harapan saya,dapat turunkan 5kg dalam tempoh sebulan.YOSH!SAYA BOLEH! ;)

Esok kena pergi supermarket untuk beli stok sayur-sayuran,bijirin,buah-buahan dan botol air baru.Dah buat reminder siap-siap dlm hp.


Oklah,doakan saya berjaya mencapai berat ideal saya dalam tempoh sebulan :) Tq hehe..

Before and After (Part1)

Ramai kata saya sudah susut banyak.Sudah nampak lagi kecil.My ex-principal pun kata saya sudah kurus.Kawan baik saya,Jurina kata saya nampak sangat berbeza...muka sudah panjang dan badan nampak lagi kecil.Alhamdulillah,lega rasanya bila ada orang nampak akan perubahan yang berlaku.Yes,saya pun syukur kerana berat mula turun perlahan-lahan.

Seluar kerja saya sudah longgar banyak.Memang dah tak sesuai untuk dipakai lagi :p Mak saya dah bising..kata saya selekeh :p Malas nak beli seluar baru..sebab nnt kena beli seluar lagi bila berat turun lagi.So buat masa sekarang saya pakai yang mana ada dulu.Bila sudah dapat berat ideal,baru saya nak shopping baju baru hehe..jimat duit den :p

Day 82

We went to Jaya Jusco at Balakong and had our brunch (breakfast & lunch) at Teppanyaki.Menu we ordered was 1 plate of Chicken Teppanyaki,1 regular cup of fresh orange and 1 bowl of Fuji Snow.

What a suprised?!Me and Sultan was not really enjoying the food.The food did not taste good at all.Not worth it.Too bad,my tummy felt uneasy after eating the food. (Huh..ciri-birit dibuatnya :(..after this no more Teppanyaki!!)

Erm..saya hanya ratah ayam sikit dan sayurnya.Fuji Snow (ABC) tak habis,rasanya saya makan beberapa suap je..perut kurang selesa after makan :(
