Day 86

Breakfast @ 8.30am
40 g Swiss Style Muesli (eaten with low fat milk (strawbery flavor)
500 ml H2o (warm)

Lunch @ 3.00pm
1  whole of orange
1 bowl of Maggi campur sayur (masak 1/2 maggi sahaja)

In between
500 ml H2o (warm)

Teatime @ 6.00pm
Makan kacang
450 ml H2o (warm)

Dinner @ 8.30pm
350 ml Jusmate5 (cold)
500 ml H2o (warm)

Before bedtime
500 ml H2o (warm)
