Pergi menonton movie 3D Avatar di KLCC bersama Sultan.Not bad..3 jam tayangan memang puas hati walaupun kebas punggung dan sakit leher :p .Suka tengok hutan dalam cerita itu,ala-ala glow in the dark.Saya sudah jatuh cinta dengan pelakon bernama Jake :p hehe comel.First time tengok movie 3D.Dapat merasa pakai spec 3D :p hidup gambar-gambar..macam boleh pegang.Budak cina depan saya,siap lompat-lompat nak tangkap benda yang terbang-terbang dalam movie tu :p Sultan pun excited walaupun sudah tengok yang 1D punya version.Best ek Sultan?Sebab apa best? :p

Lupa nak ambil gambar food..hahaha sebab saya kena charged RM10 (mahal nak mampos!) hilang mood nak ambil gambar makanan :p

Alhamdulillah,hari ini saya dapat menjalani ibadah puasa dengan baik.Agak sedekit letih di pagi hari kerana saya tak ambil food untuk bersahur.Hanya minum Jusmate5 dan 1000 ml H2o sahaja sebelum tidur.Permulaan yang agak baik,walaupun saya keletihan (mungkin kurang air)..tetapi perut saya tidak lapar.

Walaupun kawan saya,Ju..menggoda dengan pelbagai menu..hehe..iman den tetap kuat :p hahaha oklah..ini menu berbuka puasa pada hari ini :D Home cook :p Saya buat Tuna Spegeti Cheese :p

Actually,I would like to update this last week tapi sebab busy tahap cleaner maka hari ini baru dapat update.Alriter,progress utk ke 3 ini tidak berapa bagus.Maybe sebab pengambilan jusmate dan pemakanan yang diambil tidak teratur.Ada beberapa hari saya terskip minum jusmate.Saya fikirkan berat badan akan naik semula jika pengambilan jusmate tak teratur...hehehe...alhamdulillah berat tak naik,hanya turun 1 kg sahaja.Jom tengok details kat bawah :

Hari ini best sangat!Saya dan anak-anak saya pergi melawat Zoo Negara.Walaupun plan asal tidak jadi,Alhamdulillah Allah permudahkan juga saya untuk bawa anak-anak saya ke Zoo Negara.Kesian mereka,stuck 2 jam dalam jem.Menjerit gembira anak-anak saya apabila signboard Zoo Negara sudah kelihatan :p hehe...teacher pun excited juga!Yebaaaaaaaa.......lets go to the ZOOOOOOOOO!!!!


Trip kali ini sangat menguji fizikal...hahaha..anak-anak saya asyik berlari sahaja.Suka dera teacher mereka :p Dalam hati saya ckp.."matilah aku...flat lepas ni!kaki mesti tercabut!"........tapi tapi.......saya pelik.Saya lebih bertenaga dan tidak rasa letih langsung.Kaki tak sakit.Saya tidak mengah.Bayangkan...sepanjang perjalanan dalam zoo,saya kena berjalan laju dan berlari untuk sama-sama dengan anak-anak saya.Wahh...i like!Suka kerana cergas macam anak-anak saya hehehe....Alrite,lepas ini kena lebih displin lagi!Congrats Teacher Shikin :)
