1/2 small plate of sayur bayam

Day 1

Bermula hari ini saya akan memulakan diet saya dengan Jusmate5.Beli 1 kotak (20 paket) + 3 paket.Azam saya ialah untuk turunkan sekurang-kurangnya 3kg dalam tempoh 23 hari,Amin :D GO!I CAN DO IT! Ok mari kita mulakan sekarang :p
