Day 4


Breakfast @ 7.30am
1 whole green apple
1/4 of chicken floss bread
6 pcs of sauge (rebus)
250 ml soya bean
450 ml H2o (warm)

















At home
1000 ml H2o (warm)
600 mg Calcium

Lunch @ 2.30pm (Haikal's sister wedding)
1/4  Nasi minyak
1/2  So'un campur masak kicap
1/2 Cendawan masak lemak cili api

Dinner @ 5.30pm
Melantak durian (habis diet :p )
250 ml H2o (cold)

Before bedtime
500 ml Jusmate5 (cold)
1000 ml H2o (warm)
