Day 3


Breakfast @ 7.45am
2 slices of bread with peanut butter (wholegrain fibremeal)
400 ml H2o (warm)















Lunch @ 12.30pm
2 pcs of sugar ring donuts
60g cheezels BBQ ( huhu my bad!~ :( )

In between
650 ml H2o (warm)

(Di sebabkan saya mengalami simptom untuk kena gestrik,saya lewatkan minum Jusmate5)

At 4.30 pm
500 ml Jusmate5 (cold)

In between
1000 ml H2o (warm)

Dinner @ 8.30pm
1 whole green apple
1 small ikan tongkol
1/4 telur goreng
1/4 sayur campur
















Before bedtime
500 ml H2o (warm)
