Breakfast @ 8.00am
1 whole small green apple
1/4 nasi beriani
500 ml H2o (warm)


Lunch @ 1.45pm
450 ml Jusmate 5 (cold)

In between
450ml H2o (cold)

Dinner @ 6.00pm
1 small bowl of sup sayur chicken balls
1/2 bowl of sup tulang
































Before bedtime
1000 ml H2o (warm)
