1 small bottle Twister Apple Juice (dahaga tahap gaban :( )
1 glass of H2o (cold)
Supper @ 10.00pm
Sushi (x ingat berapa kpg)
Before bedtime

Hari ini pengambilan air kosong (H2o) tersangat sedikit.Tak minum banyak sebab saya keluar ke KL.Di sebabkan kurang air dalam badan,saya rasa kurang bertenaga.Hurm..next time kena minum juga :p Makan sushi tapi tak sempat hadam dalam perut,saya muntah.Jusmate tak minum hari ini.Esok minum.
