2 pcs of Choc London Roll
3 glasses of H2o (warm)

Snack @ home
1 whole apple
3 glasses of H2o (warm)

Dinner @ 5.00pm
4 pcs of IKO biscuit
1 bowl of Vegie Chickenballs Soup

Before bedtime
350 ml Jusmate5 (cold)
1000 ml H2o (warm)
