p/s: Bangun pagi tadi after mandi,saya timbang berat.Hehe..sudah turun 1kg..jadi 54kg.Hurm..tak boleh excited sangat..nak tengok 1 week lagi..maintain atau tidak :p Come on Teacher Shikin!GO!
