Day 99

Breakfast @ 7.40am
2 slices of Wholemeal grain with telur goreng
1 mug of H2o (warm)

In between
550 ml H2o (warm)

Lunch @ 2.15pm
1 whole bun of spicy chicken floss

Dinner @ 4.00pm
1/2 sayur sawi kuah pinang
1 pc ayam kari (small)

In between
1000 ml H2o (warm)

Before bedtime
500 ml H2o (warm)
