Dinner @ 6.00pm
1 whole roti krim jagung (gardenia)
1 small bowl of sup cendawan
6 pcs of papaya (potong cube - 2 dah ngap :D )
In between
1000 ml H2o (warm)
Before bedtime
500 ml H2o (warm)
